Saving a TValue 6 Schedule in TValue 5 Format

TValue 6 has some new features that are not supported in earlier versions of TValue. These features include (but are not limited to) an expanded Label field, Memo fields, custom Event Names, 4000 cash flow lines, and a Report Format option. If your TValue 6 schedule contains non-version 5 features and you save it in a version 5 format, you will be warned of the features that will not be converted.

To save a TValue 6 schedule in TValue 5 format

1. Click the Save button on the Quick Access Toolbar OR from the File tab's menu, choose Save As.
2. In the Save as type field, click TValue 5 Files (*.TV5).
3. Open the directory or select the drive where you want to save the file and then type a name in the File name field.
4. Click Save to save the file.
