Printing an Amortization Schedule

It is not necessary to display the amortization schedule on your screen before printing.

To instantly print an amortization schedule

  1. Click the Quick Print button on the Quick Access Toolbar. Your print job will be sent to the last printer selected (or default printer).

To print an amortization schedule from Print Preview

  1. After entering all the data for a schedule, choose Print from the File tab's menu. You do not need to have the Amortization Schedule Report window displayed to print an amortization schedule.

    TValue will calculate for any unknowns or remaining balances before printing.
  2. If the Rounding dialog appears, choose an option and click OK.

    The Print Preview is displayed. The preview is generated using the printer driver that you have selected (possibly default printer) and may vary from printer to printer.
  3. Choose the Printer; enter the number of Copies to print, paper type, print range, etc.
  4. Click the Print button to begin printing the amortization schedule.
