You can change the font and other specifics of the text on amortization schedules. This determines how characters appear in the amortization schedule window, printed schedules, and exported schedules.
TValue uses preset (default) fonts for the text on reports. You can change the font defaults before you produce a report. You can also change the fonts and styles once the report window is displayed.
The text in reports is divided into six categories: Header, Label, Caption, TableHead, Body, RateChange, Totals, and Footer. Different settings can be applied to each of these categories. Preview your resulting report by clicking the Apply All Fonts button. To commit changes and close the dialog, click the OK button.
To change the Font Family, Size, Style, Weight, and/or Color of text on schedules
- Choose Report Format from the Amortization Schedule Report ribbon's Settings group or from the Settings menu button. The Report Format dialog will appear.
- Select the Fonts tab.
- You may select from two predefined themes or apply changes to individual report categories.
- Clicking the report categories (such as Header) enables the associated font editor. Font Family, Style, Size, Weight, Foreground color, and Background color can be manipulated. As you change the font settings, the changes will be reflected within the dialog.
- Click Apply All Fonts to preview the changes on your report. You can still click Cancel afterward if you do not like the result.
- Click OK to commit the changes to your report and close the Report Format dialog.
Note: TValue stores the settings in the Fonts tab with the schedule when the schedule is saved. The settings that appear in the Fonts tab are the current default settings. You can change these settings and save them as the new defaults by using the Amortization Schedule Report ribbon's Defaults menu button and selecting Save.
