Calculating an Annual Percentage Rate (APR)

TValue will calculate the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of a note and display it at the end of the amortization schedule for disclosure purposes. The disclosure you see is in compliance to the specifications in Regulation Z. You can choose to display or hide the APR calculation from the schedule.

To calculate and display the Annual Percentage Rate (APR)

1. Generate an amortization schedule report.
2. Check APR in the Include Rates group on the Amortization Schedule Report ribbon.
3. Scroll down the amortization schedule to see the APR disclosure information.
